SEYI Machinery has been upgrading its press technology and solutions for a long time. In recent years, it has been committed to the development of servo press and metal forming solutions that take environmental green energy and commercial production capacity into account. The management of air, water, waste, poison, and noise generated in the process are strictly controlled. Technology responds to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), issued in 2015, to address the diverse needs of a globally sustainable environment through implementation of innovative products.

Employees
SEYI Machinery considers its employees as the most important asset and the cornerstone of corporate growth. In addition to paying attention to the opinions of employees, we also improve unity among the employees through multiple education trainings, lectures, and various activities. Employees can also learn from various types of information through a variety of channels such as emails or bulletin board. The factory hires a primary doctor to work in the factory to provide employees with healthcare consulting services. SEYI runs a regular performance interview each year to establish two-way communication; it provides employees and their dependents with all kinds of welfare through the Employee's Welfare Committee. Management and employees work with each other and create a productive working environment.
Supplier/dealer
SEYI Machinery has joint ventures with 28 different companies. Together they establish the "Collaborative Partnership Organization." From the supply of components, the welding of the framework, and to the most critical assembly in the SEYI factory, this group can keep quatily control , while promoting its business development around the world. Via the extensive distribution network, SEYI establishes amicable relationships with partners to achieve the goal of sustainable shared growth.
