SEYI unveils the Intelligent Manufacturing Solution.
Facing the Industry 4.0 intelligent machinery trend, SEYI will introduce “SEYI Intelligent Manufacturing Solution, SIMS” of smart manufacturing blueprints at the TIMTOS 2019 (Taipei International Machine Tool Show). Please visit SEYI at Hall 1, booth D0105 at the Taiwan World Trade Center.
“SIMS” integrates the press, production lines, and factory management systems to achieve different layers of smart manufacturing, smart production application, and smart management applications. This solution will be demonstrated by live-streaming a remote simulation from our Taoyuan headquarters.
● Smart Machinery Application: By equipping with flexible and high expansive software modules. SEYI servo and mechanical presses can automatically monitor the machine status and signal the early warning to boost up the best production efficiency and reduce unexpected downtime.
● Smart Production Application: “SIMS” can assist customers make decisions by self-perceiving, deciding and executing functions in the process of feed, transport and replace production dies after the customers receive an order.”
● Smart Management Application: “SIMS” can, via the Internet, integrate different categories of production line signals. the machine status and the production data, such as the overall effectiveness and production status, are obtained by machine controllers and sensors. This solution not only provides management information of production reports and overall equipment effectiveness, but also integrates systems like ERP and MES. The remote practical operations and management effectively reduce the production costs to achieve the best smart management efficiency. In this way, we can collectively build a new form of intelligent stamping factory with “man-machine collaboration.”
