With reference to history of economic development in Germany and definition of invisible champion, the Executive Yuan in Taiwan has considered development features for local industries. For “Mittelstand enterprise” that possesses critical or unique technology, innovation and brand in certain field, as well as continuous focus in the industry and capability of international competitiveness, the government will assist with opportunity of investment and employment, so such enterprise can act as foundation of economic stability and sustainable development for Taiwan.
· Only 100 enterprises were selected in Taiwan.· SEYI was the only enterprise selected from the press equipment industry
