Fantastic 60: Moving Towards a Jointly Prosperous and Sustainable Future
Throughout our journey, we at SEYI have thrived despite various changes in the business and market landscape. We continue standing strong, ready to move towards new sustainability!
On behalf of SEYI, I would like to thank our global customers, suppliers, distributors, investors, and industry leaders for your long-time relationships. Your recognition and steadfast support are the key drivers of our growth and prosperity. I also express my appreciation to every employee of SEYI and your family members for your hard work and dedication. It is your commitment that enables the company to face the challenges of the demanding market and keep moving forward. Looking ahead, I highly anticipate SEYI's mission - Enriching Life through Innovation and Technology - to manifest. Doing so will bring new growth opportunities for the company, the industry, and the world.
SEYI was founded during the early stages of Taiwan's economic growth. For sixty years, cutting-edge development and sustainable service have been our cornerstones for corporate spirit and culture. After many trials, such as corporate transformation, the SARS crisis, financial crises, Industry 4.0, and the "new normal" brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have awakened to the fact that we cannot use the old map to explore the new world. The successful models of the past can no longer be duplicated today, so, instead, we must be agile and transform to the challenges and opportunities in the future. Only in this new generation of the metaverse will we be able to set our roadmap to a bright future.
"The FUTURE is NOW" and "SEYI 60: Working Together to Reach Greater Heights" are our central themes as we celebrate SEYI's 60th anniversary. In 2022, we launched the ESG Vision Project, which implements sustainable development to our daily operations through the three components: "Environmental (E)," "Social (S)," and "Governance (G)." We will adopt innovative metal forming technology to enrich the new look of modern life and continue to care for the local community, root in Taiwan, and embrace the world.
The machinery industry is the third trillion dollars industry in Taiwan! To continue building more core industries, Taiwan needs more "Core Industry Guardians." Therefore, in addition to government support, we must consolidate the efforts of industry, academia, and research institutes to take on the international market together and create a win-win situation for all. Looking ahead to the next 60 years, facing global competition and looking forward to a century-long enterprise, SEYI shall be committed to grasping international industry trends, future customer needs, and implementing deep roots in the local market. Through continuous adjustment of operation strategies and directions, we will build up stamping technology applications and service capabilities to meet market demands while creating new momentum for the next wave of growth of SEYI.
